Richard was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Insurance is usually a daunting challenge for most of us and he made the whole experience virtually painless. Even when one of the documents had to be returned to me for further signatures (through no fault of his), he was willing to compensate for the extra expense to send the form back to him. All in all, working with Richard was like working with a great friend as he was easy to talk to and was able to offer options without pressure or undue influence. A definite straight shooter and I will do business with him again as my needs evolve. Did I mention he did this all from a different time zone?
