I am writing this short note in regards to a recent term life insurance policy I had purchased from an agent named Markus, who represents Insurance Direct Canada. This man went far above and beyond the call of duty to take care of what I was looking for. He stayed in constant contact with me by email and by telephone. Keeping me up to date in the process of getting my policy. He was extremely kind and courteous when we spoke and explained everything to be easily understood. I would highly recommend this man to everyone I know, when looking into insurance. There simply is no one better. Thanks again for everything.
